Every term of a money operation is shown in the app before you confirm it. Here is how they work and which default values apply.
The purchase rate
The payment rate is 4% below the market rate: 3% service fee plus 1% merchant margin. There is no separate fee on top. The quote is locked for 30 seconds.
We give back 1%
1% of the payment amount in USDT is credited in USDT · TRC20 once the order is completed.
The withdrawal fee
The network cost plus a margin, never below the minimum for the asset. It is deducted from the withdrawal amount; the total is on the confirmation screen.
What a payment is made of
Default values at the time of publication. The numbers that apply to you are always shown in the app.

What it looks like
in numbers.
Take an illustrative market rate of ₽80.00 per USDT. The payment rate is ₽80.00 × (1 − 4%) = ₽76.80. A purchase of ₽1,500 needs 19.53 USDT, and the 1% cashback is 0.20 USDT after the order is completed.
Withdrawal fees
The network cost plus a 25% margin, never below the value shown. The actual amount can be higher and is shown before you confirm.
