A crypto wallet:
right asset,
right network.
Choose the network before you send. The same USDT name does not mean the same route for your funds.
| Asset | Network | Typical credit time | What to check |
|---|---|---|---|
| USDT | TRON · TRC20 | ≈ 1 min | USDT and the TRON network on both sides |
| USDT | Ethereum · ERC20 | ≈ 5 min | The asset, the address and the Ethereum network fee |
| BTC | Bitcoin | ≈ 30 min | A Bitcoin address and confirmations |
| ETH | Ethereum | ≈ 5 min | The Ethereum network and the address |
| Gram | TON | ≈ 1 min | The TON network and the memo, a required comment |
| USDT | TON | ≈ 1 min | USDT specifically on TON, and the memo |
The list in the app is the source of truth
This page doesn't show deposit addresses: you get an address in the app for the asset and network you pick. Availability of a specific network depends on service settings.
The address comes from the app.
The status comes from your history.
- Choose the asset and the network before you copy the address
- Check the address and the memo, if one is required
- Wait for confirmations and for the funds to actually be credited
A custodial wallet
Funds are recorded on your account inside TeleCard. The service controls the keys: deposit addresses are derived from its keys, and a separate isolated service signs transfers. Keep this in mind when you decide how to store your crypto.
Your PIN protects access and money actions in the app. It is not the private key of a blockchain wallet.
Minimums and withdrawal fees
Default values. The exact numbers for your operation are shown in the app before you confirm.
| Asset · network | Minimum deposit | Minimum withdrawal | Withdrawal fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| USDT · TRON · TRC20 | 1 USDT | 10 USDT | from 3 USDT |
| USDT · Ethereum · ERC20 | 5 USDT | 5 USDT | from 0.5 USDT |
| BTC · Bitcoin | 0.0001 BTC | 0.0002 BTC | from 0.00002 BTC |
| ETH · Ethereum | 0.005 ETH | 0.002 ETH | from 0.0002 ETH |
| Gram · TON | 0.1 Gram | 0.5 Gram | from 0.03 Gram |
| USDT · TON | 1 USDT | 2 USDT | from 0.15 USDT |
How the withdrawal fee works
It is the network cost plus a 25% margin, and never less than the minimum shown. The fee is deducted from the withdrawal amount, so the recipient gets the amount minus the fee. If the network is heavily congested and costs more than the allowed maximum, withdrawals of that asset are paused for a while. The minimum withdrawal is never less than two fees. Withdrawals up to 500 USDT (equivalent) are approved automatically; larger ones go through a review. The daily withdrawal limit is 5,000 USDT.
Sending on TON? Include the memo
For Gram and for USDT on TON, the deposit address is shared and your transfer is recognised by the comment (memo) shown in the app. A transfer without a memo, or with someone else's, is not credited automatically and goes to manual review.
