In short. The website telecard.top sets no cookies and has no analytics or advertising trackers. The app keeps in your browser only what it needs to sign you in and keep your account safe.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
1.1. Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, localStorage and sessionStorage, keep data inside the browser: the first stays until you clear it, the second until the tab is closed.
1.2. This policy explains what the TeleCard website and app use. How we handle personal data in general is covered in the Privacy Policy.
2. The website telecard.top
2.1. The website sets no cookies and doesn't use localStorage or sessionStorage. Your language choice is remembered only through the page address (Russian is at the root, English under /en/).
2.2. There is no web analytics, advertising pixels, visitor counters or embedded social media on the website.
2.3. The only external resource is the Onest font from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser contacts Google's servers, which receive technical details of the request (such as your IP address and browser information) under Google's own rules. We don't set any cookies in the process.
2.4. Like any web server, the website keeps technical request logs: IP address, time, page address and browser type. They are used for security and troubleshooting, and headers carrying authorisation data and cookies are left out of the logs.
3. The app
The app means the Telegram Mini App and the browser version at app.telecard.top.
3.1. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.
3.2. The app stores only what it needs:
| What | Where | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Session token | App memory; in the browser version also sessionStorage | To keep you signed in while you work | While the tab is open, and no longer than the session lasts |
| Interface settings | Browser localStorage or Telegram cloud storage | So the interface and the sign-in screen look familiar: your settings and the last cabinet you used (user or merchant) are remembered | Until you clear them |
3.3. This data is strictly necessary: you can't sign in without a session token, and money can't be handled safely without access protection. That's why we don't ask for consent for it. Neither the session token nor the settings is used for advertising or tracking.
4. Signing in with Telegram
4.1. In the browser version you sign in with the Telegram widget, which loads a script and a window from telegram.org. Telegram may use its own cookies on its own domain, under its own rules, and we don't control them.
4.2. In the Mini App inside Telegram, the app receives your profile data from Telegram. What exactly we receive and keep is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. How to manage them
5.1. Close the tab or sign out, and the session token is removed. You can clear the interface settings in your browser's settings ("Clear site data").
5.2. If you block your browser's storage entirely, the website telecard.top keeps working as usual, while the browser version of the app may ask you to sign in again after you reload the tab.
6. Changes to this policy
6.1. If we start using other technologies (analytics, for example), we'll update this policy and, where consent is required, ask for it. The new version is published on this page with a new date.
6.2. This version applies from 8 October 2026.
7. Contact
Questions: the support chat in the app (Profile, then Support) or the bot @itelecard_bot.
